Who We Are

DICA Realty, LLC founders are Tarrian and Tyrik Grant. This mother and son duo felt inclined to name their business after their late mother/ grandmother affectionately known as Dica. Their promise is to treat each client with kindness, just as their mother did with everyone she met. 

Tarrian is a Master Level Social Worker who worked for 20 years in the field with the elderly, young parents, low-income families, and those suffering from mental and substance abuse illnesses. Tarrian currently runs a successful travel agency specializing in destination weddings and bucket list group travel experiences. 

Tyrik is a Designer / Leed Green Associate with Perkins&Will architecture firm. He has a Master's degree in Architectural Engineering and has been working in the architecture industry since 2019.

Tarrian and Tyrik’s different backgrounds complement one another in this venture also speaks to their versatility and drive. The combination of Tarrian’s passion for travel and Tyrik’s architectural expertise is a winning formula for success in the vacation rental space. With Tarrian’s experience in curating unique travel vacations and Tyrik’s eye for design, they’re able to create memorable stays that reflect both comfort and style.

Their first vacation rental homes are currently in Jacksonville and St. Augustine, Florida. With its beautiful beaches, vibrant cities, and year-round appeal, it’s the perfect place to welcome their guests.
